Gargi is honestly the best Mua you can have around on the day of your event. She is on time, efficient, and really a calming presence to have around. She makes sure you are having fun and really living in the moment while she does your make up. The one thing that my fiance and I loved about her is that she really is into make up because it's a passion and not a "job" for her, and that shows in the end results as well. She never once said no to any of my requests and took all my feedback into consideration and made it all work well in the end. I was really also fascinated by all the branded products she has, she makes sure nothing will damage your skin and is very gentle. I loved having her for my engagement, can't recommend her enough!!!! So glad I booked her already for all my other events

Gargi is a thorough professional and wonderful human being. I was based in Mumbai while my wedding was in Bangalore. Despite speaking with quite a few Blore MUAs, I wasn't convinced with their pricing/professionalism/products. At the recommendation of my close friend who is a MUA herself, I finally hired Gargi to do my wedding hair and make up and it was the best decision I made. I met her 2 months in advance for the trial wherein she used MAC products, and I was very pleased with the results. Even before meeting, she asked me for photos of the gown, the look I was trying to achieve, the length of my hair and so on. On the wedding day, she was absolutely professional and arrived before time, did a splendid job with my make up and hair, and all my friends and relatives were very happy with the job. She accompanied me to the reception and once again did a great job with my saree draping and change of makeup and hair. She even ensured that I stayed calm through the proceedings. Thanks to Gargi I now have a wonderful wedding album for life! I would definitely recommend her for her services.

I reached out to Gargi after having a terrible experience with another makeup artist and I was cautious this time. However, Gargi turned out to be an awesome professional who kept things straight from the beginning. She called for a trial at the earliest possible so that we can start working on different looks required for my two functions. After the trial, we discussed different looks on whatsapp, along with my hair do. For both my functions, she was at the venue before time to have some buffer for setting up her lights, equipments, etc. I had absolutely a lovely time working with her! Everyone loved her work and a lot of my friends even asked for her contact. One thing to mention here is, Gargi gives you all her time, doesn't work on schedule basis trying to fit multiple appointments that might rush her. This is something that is extremely valuable in her profession and she addresses her clients concerns above everything else! Go for Gargi, she keeps you calm while working on you and makes you feel at ease right before the big day starts!

In a nutshell, I couldn't have asked for a better make-up artist. I'm based overseas and got married in India so I was very nervous about booking someone based on reviews. I first met Gargi during our make-up trial (just 4 days before the wedding) and from the second she started working on me, I had complete faith that she would do an amazing job. She has a nice natural style, practices good hygiene and ofcourse has a very kind and fun-loving energy. On the wedding day, she really did go above and beyond - helping with my hair amd jewellery as we were running late. I got so many compliments on the makeup and hair looks. I absolutely loved Gargi's work! I booked Gargi for a wedding reception (for the bride) with no time for trial (believe me, I only spoke to her once on the phone followed by a couple of whats app conversations) and perhaps a leap of faith.. and I'm so glad I chose her! She was warm and professional.. and make the whose experience so stress free. The make up was natural and perfect for the occasion. I always had it against makeups. It's always a hit or miss for me or other people too. My perspective changed when I had Gargi do my makeup for my wedding. When she was working, I felt like my face was the canvas and she was the painter. Her craft and meticulousness brought a beauty I didn't know I had. Even though she's a pro, she doesn't have that sort of stiffness that title entails. She was funny, warm and endearing, which quickly put me at ease. Something about her work made me feel that I would be in good hands on my big day and Iâm glad it was one of the best wedding decisions made! Gargi is a thorough professional right from the trial at her place. She takes time and effort to understand what you are looking for and is very easy to talk to and very receptive to feedback. She is punctual and was there at the venue for both my muhurtham and reception well ahead of time. She is very well organised and calm and composed. She did an amazing job for both my looks. She worked magic for my reception look as I was two hours late to the venue stuck in traffic. She did an amazing makeover in the limited time she had and can't thank her enough for that! Her accomplice Rani was also very good in saree draping especially considering the limited time I had to change. All brides want to look absolutely stunning on their wedding day, but finding the right makeup artist who understands your makeup brief is very very hard. I scouted for makeup artists in Bangalore and most of them were either too busy to return my calls/emails or had a set look predefined for me.As a Catholic bride, I was very particular that I wanted a natural classy look and not a very glamorized 'Bollywood' look as seen on Hindu and Muslim brides. My experience with Gargi ,thankfully, was very relaxing and not at all stressful. I met Gargi for a trial, where we discussed my hair and makeup brief and she went about showing me my look as well as options to enhance it. What I like about Gargi is that she listens, doesn't push you to try anything that you're not accustomed to, and she lets you experiment up until the level of your comfort.Case in point being my initial apprehension about wearing false eye leashes, but now I'm so glad I did because it made me feel and look like a glamorous star from the forties and fifties. She is exceptionally skilled with mixing cosmetics for a natural look and is a perfectionist.You will realize your face is in very good hands.She uses very good makeup brands that are long lasting, comes equipped with her entire makeup kit(in case you decide to change your color palette), and personal favorite is that she came on time, was well prepared and hygienically maintains her makeup, brushes and sponges, which is a big plus point for people like me who are particular about hygiene.She was also very receptive to changes that were communicated prior to the wedding date, and accessible on phone and whatsapp . Overall, I was very happy with my makeup experience with Gargi,everyone said I looked good, and I have never felt more beautiful than I did that day. I had seen Gargi's work at a friend's wedding and loved the look! Thankfully she was available for my wedding even though it was last minute. She is very professional and is open to hearing to what idea you have in mind and suggests what would look the best for you. The makeup was natural, not over the top, just right for the occasion. Gargi is a class apart, she is truly an artist and her passion towards make up is comes alive through her work. It's been a wonderful experience since the trials.
